Built by fighters, not by finance.
TYZON started because the gear on the shelf wasn't built for the rounds we were actually training. We got tired of padding that flattened in a month and stitching that gave out before the leather even broke in — so we started cutting our own.
No warehouse, no factory line, no minimum-order compromise. TYZON is a small team of cutters, stitchers, and fighters who'd rather ship two hundred pairs of gloves that survive two hundred rounds each than ten thousand that don't survive twenty.
Every product is tested on our own hands before it goes anywhere near yours. If it doesn't hold up in our gym, it doesn't leave the workshop — no exceptions, no rushed batches to hit a launch date.
- Full-grain leather, always. Vegetable-tanned hide over triple-density foam. No bonded leather, no PU shortcuts hiding under a coat of paint.
- Hand-stitched, not machine-run. Every seam anchored by hand, every strap set in brass. Cutters sign the batch card that ships inside your case.
- Small batch, on purpose. We don't mass-produce. Each run is limited, tested, and pressed in small numbers so quality never gets averaged out.
- Lifetime stitch repair. Gear that scars is gear that's been used right. Any TYZON piece, any year — we'll repair the stitching, free, forever.

It arrives like it means it.
No poly bag, no bubble-wrap apology. Every TYZON piece ships in a rigid case with a numbered batch card, break-in notes from our cutters, and a spare lace set. Opening it is the first round.
Show up. We'll be ready.
Small batch, no shortcuts, gear that outlasts the excuse to quit.
