Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tyzon.in and any order you place with TYZON Combat Co. ("TYZON", "we", "us"). By browsing our storefront, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with TYZON.

Accounts are created and verified via phone-number OTP. You're responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure — any order placed through your verified account is treated as authorized by you.

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. TYZON is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All products are listed subject to availability. We run small, limited batches — a product shown as "In stock" reflects real-time inventory, but stock can sell out between browsing and checkout.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice; this does not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but hand-finished, small-batch leather goods will carry minor natural variation — that's a feature of the material, not a defect.

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay; TYZON does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

If payment succeeds but stock runs out on our end before confirmation (a rare oversell edge case), we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You'll receive order confirmation and status updates via your account and, where applicable, notifications enabled on your device.

We currently offer Standard shipping (5-7 days, free) and Express shipping (2-3 days, paid) across serviceable pin codes in India. Estimated delivery windows are our best-effort estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before they're shipped — reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll process a full refund if the order hasn't left our workshop yet.

Because our gear is hand-finished and made to order in small batches, we evaluate returns and exchanges case-by-case. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original Razorpay payment method. Refund requests are reviewed by our team and, once approved, issued directly through Razorpay — timelines depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.

Products that show normal wear from actual use are not eligible for return.

Coupon codes are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of use (minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

All content on tyzon.in — including the TYZON name, logo, product photography, and site design — is the property of TYZON Combat Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to interfere with site security, place fraudulent orders, abuse coupon or refund systems, or scrape our catalogue for commercial use without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

TYZON provides its products and services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TYZON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TYZON will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or the law. Continued use of TYZON after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
